Yes. The catalog is a WhatsApp Business feature, so the connected number must be a WhatsApp Business number.
Are orders stored by Maytapi?
Orders are delivered to your webhook in real time. getOrders only returns orders received while the session is running, so save them to your own database for a permanent history.
Can I send a single product in a chat?
Yes. Send a message with type product and the product id; the customer sees the native product card.
Can I group products?
Yes. Create collections and add or remove products from them through the API.
